Techron ApS Terms and Conditions

1 – General information

These trading conditions only apply to trading with private individuals, and only to purchases in one of Techron's online stores, at the time of writing:
2 – Payment
You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, MasterCard , Visa, Dankort, UnionPay, American Express, Paypal
Additional payment options may be available, these payment options and their rates are indicated before the execution of the order.
When paying by bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
All forms of payment are subject to a fee, the applicable rate and total cost are clearly indicated before the payment is made. All payment fees are determined according to current regulations.
All payment by bank transfer is prepaid, and the goods are therefore only dispatched when the transfer is in the hands of Techron ApS.
Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
3 – Delivery
The goods are delivered via a number of different shipping companies depending on the size and scope of the order. The final shipping cost is clearly indicated before payment is made.
It is aimed that all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
It is not possible to collect the goods physically from Techron ApS.
4 – Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Techron ApS.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item. This will be considered a return.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;
- have received your item
- takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
- gets physical possession of the last lot or the last part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
You must notify Techron ApS within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notice must be given via e-mail or telephone. In your message, you must make Techron ApS clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving Techron ApS clear notice of this at the same time.
You must send your order back to Techron ApS without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified Techron ApS that you wish to return your purchase.
You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
- Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Agreements on specific urgent repair or maintenance work at the consumer's place, which the consumer has expressly requested in advance.
You lose your right of withdrawal, you break the seal on goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
By testing, it must be understood that the contents of a consumer product must also not be tested, as it will subsequently be considered as used.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
When returning, we refund the amount paid minus delivery costs.
If your parcel is sent to a parcel shop and not picked up or refused receipt, we will refund your paid amount minus delivery costs and the return freight.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the invoice, as well as a copy of the written notification about the use of the right of withdrawal.

5 – Complaints
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop in one of Techron's online stores, you of course have a 24-month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. With reasonable shipping costs, it is understood that we issue a package label with which you are free to return the package - if you do not want to make use of that label, we will only return costs corresponding to our normal shipping costs.
The item is sent back to Techron ApS at the above address.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging – the original packaging is always preferable. Remember to get a receipt for sending, so that we can refund your expenses as well as track the package via Track & Trace.
We need the following information when making a complaint
When you report the complaint, your problem must be described in as much detail as possible. A complaint number will be provided which must be attached to the checkout. We also prefer that you attach a copy of the original invoice as well as the description of the problem with the shipment, as this will facilitate the dispatch and reduce the processing time significantly.
